George Dixon
George's leadership of the team reflects the fact that
our work is not only borne of enormous
artistic skill and passion, but also of targeted
commercial excellence using agile and lean business principles.
He is one of the industry's most successful leaders in identifying and backing world-class scripted content. He launched iconic shows such as Luther, Black Mirror, Criminal Justice and Top Boy. At Anton Entertainment's innovative representation agency Beibook, he partnered on multiple high - profile projects from producers such as Clerkenwell Films (Baby Reindeer, The End of the F***ing World), Hartswood Films (Sherlock, Douglas is Cancelled, Inside Man) and Mammoth Screen (Poldark, The Serpent, Grime Kids). He also nurtured a strong working relationship with talent such as Karl Gajdusek, (acclaimed writer and Stranger Things showrunner) and writer Neil McKay (The Reckoning, Four Lives).
Furthermore, his talents as a both a buyer and seller
set us in incredibly good stead with distributors,
agents and audiences. George has led several large
scale businesses, and is also an experienced commercial strategist and financial planner. Whilst at Channel 4 he was directly responsible for the £600m+ content budget and oversaw programme investment and international acquisitions. He successfully negotiated deals securing titles such as Damian Lewis' drama Homeland and Big Bang Theory.
At BBC Studios he was responsible for the company's
international pay - tv scripted and factual channel's
multi-million pound budgets and commissioning strategy.

Amanda Thomas
Amanda is a highly skilled model-maker and costume maker with a storied 25-year career in the Film and TV industry.
She has worked on many iconic films including Tim Burton’s Corpse Bride, Frankenweenie, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice; Wes Anderson’s Fantastic Mr. Fox; Wes Anderson's Isle of Dogs and Guillermo del Toro’s Oscar and BAFTA-winner Pinocchio.
She has also created numerous commercials and beloved children’s TV programmes, including The Clangers.
Most recently, she crafted a costume for a marionette featured in a short film by the luxury fashion brand Loewe.
Amanda’s exceptional talent in intricate pattern cutting has also led to commissions for bespoke plush toys. One of these designs has been mass-produced for The Herdy Company in the Lake District, while another is currently in production.
Amanda is also an exceptional teacher, and enjoys sharing her passion and extensive knowledge of costume and puppet-making through talks and masterclasses at universities and theatres across the UK.
She is also a visiting tutor at the legendary Aardman Animation.

Neil Patrick
Neil Patrick is one of Wales' most successful business innovators and strategists. In 2002 he authored the £37m business plan for the UK’s largest ever venture capital–backed start-up. He has co-founded three financial firms, two of which achieved exit offers of over £275m within five years.
He is recognised as a global thought-leader on careers, and is the co-author of the acclaimed bestseller Careermageddon: Cracking the 21st Century Career Code.
He has been a visiting lecturer in Corporate Strategy, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship on Cardiff University’s MBA programme, and his expertise spans product design, market positioning, brand development, capital raising, agile leadership, CRM and IT infrastructure, analytics, and commercial performance.
He serves as a non-executive director and advisor to multiple public and private sector organisations, supporting boards and leadership teams on strategic planning, innovation, and financial oversight, and sits on multiple audit, risk, and finance committees.
Neil is also the founder of several initiatives aimed at boosting business growth and economic empowerment in Wales. He sits on the board of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, contributing to healthcare governance and financial strategy.

Writer/ Director
Dan Freeman
Dan is an award-winning writer, director, novelist and
playwright with a background in languages and
cosmology.
He began his career in BBC Radio 5 as a
writer/performer, moving on to Radio 1 and Radio 4.
He then began to write and direct at BBC Light
Entertainment where he produced Sean Lock's first
series and directed the BBC adaptation of Dante's
Inferno. He also devised and taught the BBC Production Syllabus to new producers.
He won the SWPA Gold Award for Drama
after creating the world's first webcast Death Comes
to Time, featuring John Sessions, Kevin Eldon and
Jon Culshaw. He also won a Parsec Award for
pioneering audio movie series The Minister of Chance.
His absurdist play A Joke, which he wrote and
directed, was a sellout success at the Edinburgh
Fringe, with The Guardian calling it "a masterpiece".
He has directed several short films a n d
commercials, and has been a screenwriting and
production tutor at BBC TV.
Dan's creative reputation enables him t o attract
the world's greatest actors, cinematographers and
designers, with actor Stephen Fry (Blackadder, The
Morning Show) commenting " his writing and
production are exquisite". Sylvester McCoy (The
Hobbit, Doctor Who), Robert Picardo (Star Trek:
Voyager), Jenny Agutter (Captain America: The
Winter Solider, Call the Midwife) and Philip Glenister
are among the array of on-screen talent Dan has
worked with.

Michael Riley
One of the UK's most prolific independent film
producers, Michael's award-winning work includes
WWII drama Chosen starring Harvey Keitel, critically
acclaimed sailing biopic Crowhurst (Studio Canal),
controversial action/horror The Seasoning House
(Sean Pertwee); migrant thriller Outlanders, cult
favourite Vampire Diary and black comedy Lava with
Tom Bell. His urban drama Sugarhouse (Ashley
Walters) and romcom Loop (Susannah York) both
starred Andy Serkis. Recent films include The Ballad
of Billy McCrae (David Hayman); comedy farce
Sideshow (Tony Head and Les Dennis); gothic thriller
Fear the Invisible Man and WW l supernatural
romance Can You Hear Me? (James Cosmo and John
Standing). Upcoming projects include fantasy adventure Land of Legend (Rupert Everett, Emelia
Fox and Tamsin Greig) and cerebral thriller Jagged
Honeycomb - the last feature to shoot in Ukraine
before the war.
He is one of the youngeat ever producers of a major
BBC drama series, In a Land of Plenty, starring Helen
McCrory and Indira Varma. His factual work includes
Sundance competitor China's Wild West studying the
Uyghurs in Xinjiang, Kenyan-shot Turner Prize
installation Waiting for British artist Zaria Bhimji and
the Sky documentary Tibet Report studying Tibetan
refugees in Northern India where he interviewed the
14th Dalai Lama at his palace in Dharamshala.
His production company Sterling Pictures is a London
and Bristol based film development and production
outfit established in 1995 . Michael is a voting
member of BAFTA and the European Film Academy.
